Returns

  1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller via the Online Store within 14 days without giving any reason.
  2. The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which the Buyer came into possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Preferred Buyer came into possession of the goods;
  3. In order for the Buyer to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, he must inform the Seller, using the data provided in the Regulations in the section Contact with the store, about his decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or information sent by e-mail).
  4. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough for the Buyer to send back the items before the withdrawal period expires.
  5. The return is made on the basis of an invoice issued by the Seller.
  6. Withdrawal from the contract applies only to entrepreneurs conducting business activity who are entitled to consumer rights.

     

    Complaint 

    1. All products offered by the Seller are brand new, free from physical and legal defects.
    1. In the event of a defect in the goods purchased from the Seller, the Customer has the right to make a complaint based on the provisions of the Civil Code.
    1. Complaints should be reported, up to 1 month from the date of receipt of the goods, by e-mail to the following e-mail address: shop@partypal.pl
    1. The complaint must include the following:
    • first name and last name
    • company data (name, address, tax identification number)
    • e-mail, telephone number
    • order number / invoice
    • the date of receipt of the order
    • symbol and quantity of the advertised goods
    • a detailed description of the defect of the goods with photographic documentation
      1. The seller will respond to the complaint immediately, no later than within 14 days. The Buyer will be informed about the result of the complaint by e-mail.
      1. The cost of shipping the advertised goods, after agreeing its necessity with the Seller, is borne by the Buyer. After the complaint is approved, the cost will be reimbursed to the Buyer.

      2. Goods returned under the complaint procedure should be sent to the following address: Aleja Krakowska 1a, 05-552 Wola Mrokowska with the note "Complaints".

      3. Variations in quality, color, size, finish etc. which are commercially acceptable and / or technically unavoidable shall not constitute valid grounds for a complaint.
