General provisions 

  1. These Regulations define the rules for using the online store available at www.partypal.pl
  2. The Party Pal online warehouse is run by the company:

  3. Partypal.pl conducts wholesale of products.
  4. The use of the Internet Platform is possible with the help of computer equipment (mobile devices) with Internet access, via a web browser.
  5. The prices given in the Store are given in Polish zlotys and are net prices, not including VAT. The prices do not include the costs of delivering the Goods.

Orders

 

  1. Logistic minimum - first order min. PLN 500. net.
  2. Placing orders for products in the Store's assortment is possible after creating an Account.
  3. The content of the online warehouse partypal.pl does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code of April 23, 1964, and therefore placing an order by the Buyer does not mean an immediate conclusion of the contract. By completing the order form, the Buyer submits an offer to buy a specific product.
  4. The Seller undertakes under the Agreement, concluded in the above-mentioned manner, to execute the Order in accordance with the content accepted by the Seller.
  5. The contract is concluded when the Buyer receives the Seller's declaration of acceptance of the Order placed by the Buyer.
  6. By placing an order, you accept the provisions of the Regulations.

     

    Order fulfillment, delivery and payment methods

     

    1. The ordered products are sent via a courier company. The seller is not responsible for the manner and timely delivery of products by the courier company.
    2. The customer can use the following delivery methods:
    • Courier delivery
    • Personal collection at the company's headquarters during its opening hours
         3. The customer may use the following payment methods:
    • Cash on delivery to the courier
    • Payment in cash at the time of personal collection of goods
    • Using the payment platform - payment link:

          MasterCard
          MasterCard Electronic
          Teacher

       

      1. If you choose to pay via a payment platform, the entity providing online payment services is Autopay SA
      2. Detailed information on delivery methods and payment methods can be found on the store's website in the "Delivery and payment costs" tab.
      3. If it is necessary to return the funds, the Seller refunds the payment using the same method of payment as used by the consumer, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of return, which does not involve any costs for him.
      4. The order processing time is counted from the moment of obtaining positive payment authorization.

       

      Withdrawal from the contract

       
      1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller via the Online Store within 14 days without giving any reason.
      2. The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which the Buyer came into possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Preferred Buyer came into possession of the goods;
      3. In order for the Buyer to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, he must inform the Seller, using the data provided in the Regulations in the section Contact with the store, about his decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or information sent by e-mail).
      4. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough for the Buyer to send back the items before the withdrawal period expires.
      5. The return is made on the basis of an invoice issued by the Seller.
      6. Withdrawal from the contract applies only to entrepreneurs conducting business activity who are entitled to consumer rights.

        

      Complaints Policy

       

      1. All products offered by the Seller are brand new, free from physical and legal defects.
      2. In the event of a defect in the goods purchased from the Seller, the Buyer has the right to make a complaint and to make a complaint under the warranty based on the provisions of the Civil Code
      3. Complaints should be reported, up to 1 month from the date of receipt of the goods, by e-mail to the following e-mail address: shop@partypal.pl
      4. The complaint must include the following:
      • First name and last name
      • company data (name, address, tax identification number)
      • e-mail, telephone number
      • order number / invoice
      • date of receipt of the order
      • symbol and quantity of the advertised goods
      • a detailed description of the defect of the goods with photographic documentation

           5. Using the warranty, the Buyer may, on the terms and within the time limits specified in the Civil Code: 
      • Submit a price reduction statement
      • In the case of a significant defect - submit a withdrawal from the contract
      • Demand for the replacement of things to be free of defects
      • Request removal of the defect
      6. The Seller will respond to the complaint request immediately, no later than within 14 days. The buyer will be informed about the result of the complaint by e-mail.
      7. The cost of shipping the goods under complaint, after agreeing its necessity with the Seller, is borne by the Buyer. After a positive consideration of the complaint, this cost will be returned to the Buyer.
      8. Goods returned under the complaint procedure should be sent to the following address: Aleja Krakowska 1a, 05-552 Wola Mrokowska with the note "Complaints".
      9. Deviations in quality, color, size, finish, etc., which are commercially acceptable and/or technically unavoidable, do not constitute a valid reason for a complaint.

         

         Personal data in the Online Store

         

        1. The administrator of personal data provided by the Buyer when using the Store is the Seller. Detailed information on the processing of personal data by the Seller - including other purposes and grounds for data processing, as well as data recipients - can be found in the Privacy Policy available in the Store - due to the principle of transparency contained in the general regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU ) on data protection - "GDPR".
        2. Customers' personal data collected by the administrator via the Online Store is collected in order to implement the Sales Agreement, and if the Customer agrees - also for marketing purposes.
        3. The recipients of personal data of the Online Store customers may be:
        4. In the case of a Customer who uses the courier delivery method in the Online Store, the Administrator provides the Customer's collected personal data to the selected carrier or intermediary performing the shipment at the request of the Administrator.
        5. The customer has the right to access their data and correct them.
        6. Providing personal data is voluntary, however failure to provide the personal data indicated in the Regulations necessary to conclude the Sales Agreement results in the inability to conclude this agreement.

         

         Miscellaneous

        1. Agreements concluded through the Online Store are concluded in Polish
        2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Regulations for important reasons, that is: changes in the law, changes in payment and delivery methods - to the extent to which these changes affect the implementation of the provisions of these Regulations. The Seller will inform the Customer about each change at least 7 days in advance.
        3. The Seller reserves the right to:
        • withdrawal of individual products from the Internet Platform
        • product price changes on the Internet Platform
        • introducing new products to the Internet Platform
        4. In matters not covered by these Regulations, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular: the Civil Code; the act on the provision of electronic services; the act on consumer rights, the act on the protection of personal data; the act on copyright and related rights.
