How can I place an order?

The basis for placing an order in the online warehouse is to register on the partypal.pl website by creating an account. We make purchases in the online warehouse by adding the products we are interested in to the basket. Our products are packed in collective packages (packages) of 12 pieces *.

In order to place an order, confirm the selected products on the cart page, and then select the form of delivery and other details related to the execution of the order.

* If a given product is packed in a quantity other than the standard one (12 pieces), an appropriate annotation appears in the product description. 100 balloons, 50 balloons, ribbons, garland tapes, balloon holders and stands can be individually added to the order.

How can I pay for my order?

The following forms of payment are possible:

  • COD - cash to the courier upon receipt of the goods

Can I pick up the order in person?

Yes. When placing an order, please inform the seller about this fact in the note to the seller.

What is the bank account number to which I should make the payment?

The bank account number is visible on the invoice issued for the order, please provide the order number in the transfer title.

How do I change my order?

To change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where should I provide the invoice details?

When placing an order, in the note to the seller, please provide the required data or send an e-mail with the data to shop@partypal.pl, giving the order number.

Are the prices listed on the website net or gross?

The prices listed on the PartyPal.pl platform are net prices. VAT tax is added at the end of the order in the basket.

Can I use photos from Partypal.pl in my online store?

Terms of Use The copyright notice explains all the rules for using the materials contained on the site.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

What is the order fulfillment time?

Orders placed via the PartyPal.pl platform are carried out in the order in which they are submitted. The order fulfillment time is usually 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day.

What are the costs and delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the availability of the ordered products. We send your orders via a courier company.

Packages up to 30 kg:
PLN 31 cash on delivery.

Parcels sent with a receipt: PLN 31.

REGISTRATION

How to register in the online store?

Registration can be made in the tab: https://partypal.pl/account/register. After registering, please wait for a phone call from our company to confirm the company's data.

What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

To recover a lost password, use the password recovery option, select the "RESET PASSWORD" option from the login item.

Can I change the personal or address data I provided during the registration process?

Data editing is possible after logging in to your account in the "My Account" tab.
